Your booking is made with Hot Getaways Pty Ltd. This policy applies to bookings made on every website in the Hot Getaways network. Reef Experience bookings follow the Reef Experience terms.
Your tour’s own rules apply
Tours are run by local operators, and each tour has its own cancellation rules. We show those rules on the tour page and before you pay, and we repeat them in your confirmation email, so you will always know them before you book.
If the operator cancels
If your tour is cancelled by the operator because of weather, safety or anything else outside your control, you choose what happens next: reschedule, credit, or a full refund.
How to cancel or change a booking
Email [email protected] or call +61 7 4051 5777 with your booking number. Notice is counted from when we receive your message.
Refunds
Refunds are paid back to the card you used to pay. We will confirm your refund in writing, tell you when to expect it, and keep you updated until it is complete.
No card fees
We never add a surcharge for paying by card.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
