Bookings and Payments
When you book a tour or experience on any Hot Getaways website, your booking and payment are made with Hot Getaways Pty Ltd. The tour itself is provided by the operator named on the tour page.
The price you see before you pay is the total price, including any fuel levy shown. We do not charge a surcharge for paying by card.
To keep everyone’s booking safe, please bring the card used for payment and matching photo ID when you check in. Booking for someone else? Just tell us when you book and we will look after it with you.
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Each tour’s own cancellation rules apply. We show them on the tour page and before you pay, and repeat them in your confirmation email.
If the operator cancels your tour because of weather, safety or anything else outside your control, you choose: reschedule, credit, or a full refund.
