Sail, Snorkel & Sunset in the Whitsundays

Step aboard the award-winning Tongarra Day Sail and enjoy the Whitsundays in true barefoot style. From the very start, the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and full of fun.

You’ll sail across sparkling turquoise waters towards Langford Island and Sandbar. Along the way, stretch out on the spacious deck, sink into a beanbag, and feel the sea breeze. Soon after, you’ll arrive at this island paradise where rainforest hills roll into soft white sands.

Here, adventure begins. Slip into the water for snorkelling on vibrant reefs, where tropical fish dart between corals and turtles glide past. Then, for even more excitement, jump aboard a banana boat ride that guarantees plenty of laughs. Meanwhile, if you’d rather take it slow, simply stroll along the beach and enjoy stunning island views.

When hunger sets in, you’ll be treated to a delicious freshly prepared lunch, with tasty snacks available throughout the day. The crew keep the vibe lively with music, local stories, and eco insights about the reef and islands.

Afterwards, it’s time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey home. As the sun begins to set, the sky lights up with colour. With your favourite drink in hand, you’ll experience a magical sunset sail back to Airlie Beach — the perfect ending to an incredible day.

Recognised as the Best Adventure Tourism Business in the Whitsundays, this tour delivers the perfect balance of action and chill time.
